Summer Tips
1. Wear sunblock 30 minutes before you go out.
2. Drink lots of water. 3. Eliminate sugar/powdered drinks. 4. Wear a helmet when riding a bike. 5. Get enough sleep. 6. Eat more fruits and veggies. 7. Pick whole grains. 8. Grill your meats instead of frying. 9. Serve little healthy snacks during the day. 10. Cut your portions in half - enjoy your food, but eat less. Ways to stay active this summer.
